ORANGE, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $10,000 was recently sold in Orange, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

An Orange resident won $10,000 on a 10X Cash 16th Edition scratch ticket that was sold at Orange Shell Convenience at 340 Boston Post Rd. in Orange, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery has changed its policy on announcing winners by not including the winners’ full names on the list in order to protect them from potential scams, according to officials.
