Congrats! Yale Doctor From Orange Named to Medical Board

The Yale-New Haven Hospital medical staff elected Adam Mayerson, MD, of Orange, secretary. Mayerson will serve a two-year term on the medical board, which sponsors about 20 committees to evaluate and improve the professional activities of the medical staff and the quality of healthcare at Yale-New Haven Hospital.

Dr. Mayerson is an associate clinical professor at the Yale School of Medicine and founding partner of Endocrine Associates of Connecticut. He also is associate section chief of endocrinology at Yale-New Haven Hospital. After graduating from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, he completed his residency in internal medicine at Yale-New Haven Hospital and fellowship in endocrinology and metabolism at Yale School of Medicine.
