Milford Motorcyclist Killed In 3-Vehicle Crash In Orange: CSP

The crash occurred Sunday night on I-95 near exit 41 in Orange.

ORANGE, CT — A 36-year-old Milford man was killed Sunday night when he was struck by a vehicle on I-95 in Orange after he was thrown off the motorcycle he was operating, according to Connecticut State Police.

The three-vehicle crash occurred at about 8:45 p.m. southbound on I-95 near exit 41, when the motorcycle Michael Krotki was operating struck the rear end of a vehicle and was thrown off the bike into the roadway.

He was then struck and killed by a vehicle driven by a 20-year-old Easton woman.

The driver and passengers in the first vehicle that was rear-ended by Krotki all complained of pain and were taken to Milford Hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported.

State police troopers are continuing to investigate the crash, and ask that any witnesses contact Troop G at 203-696-2500.
