West Haven - Notre Dame High School of West Haven will destroy records (NOT TRANSCRIPTS) for students who graduated in the year 2013. Any students wishing to obtain their records for that year can request a copy by writing to the Office Coordinator at Notre Dame High School, One Notre Dame Way, West Haven, CT, 06516, OR email [email protected].
The request must include the student's full name, address while in attendance, present address, birth date, and grade level completed. All requests must be in writing; no telephone requests will be accepted.
Records will be destroyed on Tuesday, August 1, 2023.
