Our dear Elizabeth, known by friends and family as “Betty,” was truly a remarkable soul. With an infectious smile and love for pranks, Betty’s laugh was one of a kind. As soon as she laughed, it was so contagious that people would join in with laughter of their own, unaware of what they were even laughing about. She absolutely adored cooking and baking, she was noted for her scrumptious spaghetti sauce and meatballs, winning everybody over, most especially her late husband, Theodore “Ted” Schebell, whom of which she was married to for 66 years. Both Betty and Ted were inseparable. Their love and admiration for each other was like no other. Absolutely nothing would give her more joy than her family. If a family member were to address her, much like a stunning lantern, her spirits would rise and rise, a glow of pure joy radiating from her face. She very much appreciated the company! Betty was well-liked every place she went due to her sweet and docile, yet fun, nature. Despite being a gentle lady with hatred absent from her body, she would be there for her family and friends if they felt threatened, being a protective person over all of the people she loved. If people just simply needed a shoulder to cry on, Betty was their go-to gal. She was always an excellent listener, her comforting vibe alone seemingly healing people of their sorrows. Betty was certainly a delight to be around.

One gorgeous day, her guardian angels that have done nothing but protect her spirit and helped it glow like the sun’s rays will come down and give each one of Betty’s loved ones a kiss on the forehead to remind them she is safe, loved, and you are always loved by her, too.

Her pure heart always sparkling with joy, will be missed by all. However, her impact on her family will remain cherished in their hearts forever. When the time comes, Betty will welcome all of them with open arms. She will be forever loved and missed, until we meet again. May she rest in peace.
