ORANGE, CT — An Orange resident is $24,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week at a nearby business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

On Tuesday, the resident purchased a winning "24K" game from Super Saver Spirit in Shelton and won $24,000, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
