Developer To Pitch New Housing Proposal In Ridgefield: Report

The developer's previous plan was rejected by the town, according to a report.

RIDGEFIELD, CT — Veton Alimi plans to submit a new housing proposal for Abbott Avenue after the town rejected his plans for a three-story townhouse building in 2023, according to the Ridgefield Press.

The original application would have included 14 apartments on a half-acre site. The revised application could be filed within a few weeks, but it's currently unknown what it will exactly include, the Ridgefield Press reported.
