Virginia Vinci and Pearce Commercial Pro Negotiate Sublease

From Pearce Real Esate: Barbara L. Pearce, CEO and President of Pearce Commercial Real Estate, announced that Virginia Vinci, Senior Associate in the Company’s Rocky Hill commercial office, has negotiated a 5-year sublease in South Windsor, Connecticut. The 31,404sf free-standing building is located at 55 Corneau Way in South Windsor. Ms. Vinci represented Joseph T. Ryerson and Sons, Inc., and Shawn McMahon, of JLL, represented the new tenant, Par Electrical Contractors who will operate its Connecticut division from the site.
