Man Killed After Semi-Truck Crashes Into Tampa Strip Club ID'd: Report

Tampa Police have arrested the driver accused of driving a semi-truck into a strip club after being kicked out of the club, a report says.

TAMPA, FL — The driver accused of killing a man and injuring two others after driving a semi-truck into a gentleman's club this week has been arrested, according to a media report.

Tampa Police accused 25-year-old Dylan Fogle, of Thomasville, North Carolina, in the fatal crash, WFLA reported.

Officers responded to the scene around 4:15 a.m. to the East Adamo Drive club. Police said a driver, who they said had been kicked out of the club, returned to the club's parking lot and drove the truck into a group of people who were at the club's entrance.

Police identified the man who was killed in the crash as Giovanni Soto, WFLA reported, citing police. Those who were injured have since been released from the hospital, the news outlet reported.

Fogle was accused of having a blood alcohol content above the legal limit, WFLA reported.

Hillsborough County Jail records showed Fogle was arrested Tuesday and charged on suspicion of first-degree premeditated murder, two counts of first-degree attempted murder, driving under the influence with serious bodily injury, two counts of driving under the influence-manslaughter and vehicular homicide.

Fogle is being held in the Falkenburg Road Jail, jail records showed.
