Murder-Suicide Suspected In Tampa Shooting: Hillsborough Sheriff

TAMPA, FL — Deputies are investigating a suspected murder-suicide in Tampa, according to a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office news release.

The agency received a call about two possibly dead people in a parking lot at HCA Florida West Tampa Hospital, 6001 Webb Road, Wednesday just after 6:30 p.m.

Responding deputies found two bodies,a woman with gunshot wounds and a man with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound, the sheriff’s office said.

The investigation is ongoing.
