After the remains of Hurricane Harvey move through metro Atlanta, see what the rest of the holiday weekend looks like for the area.

ATLANTA, GA โ€” If you're planning to get out and about this Labor Day weekend in metro Atlanta, we've got some good news for you.

After the last remnants of Hurricane Harvey blow through the metro area on Friday, we're in for a few days of sunny weather and relatively mild temperatures. There will be a chance of rain and thunderstorms during the day Friday, and an even smaller chance Friday evening.

After that, it looks like smooth sailing. The forecast for Saturday, Sunday and Monday calls for sunny skies every day. Temperatures are expected to be in the low-80s on Saturday and Sunday and creep into the mid-80s on Monday. Not too bad, all things considered.
