Georgia Weather Forecast: More Of The Same This Week?

ATLANTA, GA — We won't blame you if you think this work week weather forecast for metro Atlanta is a rerun. In short, the weather every day this week is expected to be an awful lot like the weather has been almost every other day for the past few weeks.

Highs this week should hit the upper 80s or low 90s each day, with the chance of showers and thunderstorms ranging from about 20 percent to about 40 percent every day.

We promise, it's not all the same day over and over again. With the weather we're having in Georgia, it just seems like it.

Tuesday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly after 7 a.m. Mostly sunny, with a high near 89. A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Tuesday night. Partly cloudy, with a low around 73.

Wednesday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 90. Wednesday night, a 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 74.

Thursday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 91. A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms Thursday night. Partly cloudy, with a low around 74.

Friday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly sunny, with a high near 90. Friday night, 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a low around 73.
