Georgia Weather Forecast: When Will It Rain In Metro Atlanta This Week?

We've got a couple of sunny days in the forecast this week, and a few when we could see some showers and thunderstorms.

ATLANTA, GA β€” It looks like this work week in metro Atlanta is going to get off to a sunny start. But according to the National Weather Service, it might not stay that way.

This week's forecast doesn't call for any rain on Monday or Tuesday. After that, things get a little more iffy. There will be a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms every day for the rest of the work week, with a 20 percent chance of more rain on Wednesday and Thursday nights.

We won't have to break out those fall sweaters just yet, though. It's going to stay warm this week, with highs in the upper 80s every day until Friday, when the high temperature is supposed to be 84.
