Gwinnett Restaurant Inspections: Bruster's, Shane's Rib Shack

GWINNETT COUNTY, GA — Thinking of going out for a bite to eat? Then check out these inspection scores for restaurant and food-service operations conducted over the last week in Gwinnett County, including all of Loganville and Suwanee.

All 30 restaurants and food-service operations inspected over the last week passed, half with "A" grades and seven with perfect 100s. Three restaurants — Jade Cafe in Lawrenceville, Burger King in Grayson and Del Taco in Loganville — scored only a "C." How They're Rated

Each item on an inspection form has a point value ranging from 1 to 9 points, with violations deducting points from the best possible score of 100. Higher points are taken for items with higher risk to cause illness, while repeat violations take even more points.
