DACULA, GA — There may not be an actual blizzard for quite some time in Dacula, but there will be a Pecan Pie Blizzard and Reese’s Pieces Cookie Dough Blizzard: on Monday, Dairy Queen opened its second location in Dacula, on 1858 Auburn Road. Until recently, the site was undeveloped.

The franchise, which will feature indoor table and drive-thru service, will be owned by Sadiq Pathrawala and Asfak Momin, who own three other Dairy Queen franchises. “I am so excited to partner with DQ for the fourth time to bring the Dacula community a new gathering place to simply enjoy a delicious meal and sweet treat with neighbors,” Pathrawala said in a news release. “With my family at my side helping to run the business, I look forward to providing career opportunities for my neighbors in Dacula.”

The restaurant, officially known as "DQ Grill & Chill," will feature “comfortable booths, large wooden tables, warm lighting, and upbeat music,” according to the release.
