Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

She went above and beyond for my daughter who has struggled in the area of reading for a few years. She instilled her passion for reading into my daughter which help to build her own confidence in reading. She built a genuine relationship with my daughter that she will never forget. I feel that my daughter is prepared to enter middle school with the tools she needs to be successful. As an educator myself, I hold teachers to high expectations and she exceeded them. Thank you Megan Mayfield!

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

She is an amazing educator. I wish every student had the chance to have her as their teacher.
