The Factory Theater Presents "Stabbed in the Heart"

Halloween Meets Spring Awakening in the Brand New Musical by Nate Hall and Cody Lindley.

CHICAGO – The Factory Theater and Lindley and Hall Productions are proud to announce the cast and creative team for Stabbed in the Heart, opening August 22. The production runs through September 28 with music by Nate Hall, book and lyrics by Nate Hall and Cody Lindley and directed by Braxton Crewell. Performances will take place at The Factory Theater, 1623 W. Howard St. Previews for Stabbed in the Heart are Thursday, Aug.15 - Saturday, Aug. 17 at 8 p.m. and Sunday, August 18 at 3 p.m. Press opening will be Thursday, Aug. 22 at 8 p.m. The performance schedule includes Thursday, Friday and Saturday performances at 8 p.m., with Sunday matinees at 3 p.m. An understudy performance will occur on Thursday, September 19 at 8 p.m. and there will be an accessibility performance on Sunday, September 8 at 3 p.m. Tickets for Stabbed in the Heart are $35 and may be purchased through the Box Office by calling 312-275-5757 or by visiting TheFactoryTheater.com.
Halloween meets Spring Awakening in this original horror rock musical. Lia feels out of place when her college roommate, Trish, makes her tag along for a cabin weekend with her old high school friends. Their fun-filled weekend becomes blood-soaked when a menacing killer starts slaughtering teens left and right. Navigating through young love, toxic relationships, and the connections that last a lifetime, Lia must face a gaslighting killer and her own anxiety while trying to save her new friends.

The Stabbed in the Heart cast includes Madeline Ackerlund* (Trish); Grant Brown+ (Zach); Katy Campbell* (swing) Michael Davis Arnold+ (swing) Tim Huggenberger+ (Jeff/Craig US); Tori Londrigan* (Nicky); Anna Marie Garcia* (Diane/Trish US) Sam Martin+ (Craig/Zach US); Zach Moore^ (Brent); Jasmine Robertson* (Lia); and Jacqui Touchet= (Brenda/Lia US).

The role of “Doctor Painmore” will be played by a rotating cast that includes Jack Chylinski#; Liz Falstreau*; Alex Iaobucci+; Mike Idalski^; Michael Jones+~; Julie Peterson* and Chase Wheaton-Werle+~.
