Eric Ferguson Sells Hinsdale House For $1.3M

The sale takes place weeks after he made headlines and left The Mix amid several lawsuits.

HINSDALE, IL – Eric Ferguson, the former WTXM-FM morning personality who left the station under a cloud last month, sold his house in Hinsdale for $1.35 million on Monday, according to real estate websites. The Chicago Tribune was the first to report the news Tuesday.

Ferguson’s house at 2 S. Quincy St. went on the market in late July for $1.5 million, according to real estate websites. Ferguson bought the house in 2019 for $1.3 million

Built in 2016, the house was advertised as having five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Known for his “Eric in the Morning” program, Ferguson left in the wake of a sexual harassment scandal.

The most recent annual property tax bill for the house was nearly $21,000, according to the DuPage County website.
