Julie Hennessey Completes Exclusive BHHS Chicago Transform Agent Coaching Program
Joe Stacy, senior vice president and general sales manager of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, is pleased to announce that Hinsdale office broker Julie Hennessey has graduated from the firm’s exclusive Transform Agent Coaching program.
The 12 week Transform program was created by Stacy in consultation with industry growth and motivational speaker, Matthew Ferrara. The coursework helps candidates take their career to a new level of success and is tailored to each individual’s goals. Emphasis is placed on actions and habits that, when consistently implemented, will result in success. Agents are paired with accountability partners to help them stay on track and the program is easily adapted to meet each individual agent’s personal style.
