Says the society, "Fern is a sweet, 2½-year-old, tabby cat who is ready to go to her forever home with a loving family. She has been spayed and is up to date on her vaccinations. Fern may seem shy at first glance, but once she gets to know you, she is simply the best! Her adoption fee is only $75, and she would be best suited for a family with children 5 years and older."
During the coronavirus crisis, the society has modified its adoption process for maximum safety. Anyone interested in adopting any of its pets, fill out an online application at its website and then call 630-323-5630 for an interview.
