HINSDALE, IL — The Hinsdale Humane Society is looking to adopt out one of its cats. Says the society, "Lin-Manuel Purranda is a sweet and gentle, 3-year-old domestic short hair cat who is named after a staff-favorite celebrity, Lin-Manuel Miranda. Lin-Manuel the kitty has been neutered and is up to date on his vaccinations. He loves head scratches and getting all the treats he deserves. His adoption fee is only $75, and he would do great with kids of any age. Come meet this handsome boy and find your newest feline friend."

During the coronavirus crisis, the society has modified its adoption process for maximum safety. Anyone interested in adopting any of its pets, fill out an online application at its website and then call 630-323-5630 for an interview.
