HINSDALE, IL — The Hinsdale Humane Society is looking to adopt out one of its cats. Says the society, "Penny is a gentle, 2-year-old short-haired tabby who is looking for a forever home! She has been spayed and is up to date on her vaccinations. She loves a good chin scratch and will give you a headbutt in return. Her adoption fee is only $75, and she would do best in a household with children 5 and older."
During the coronavirus crisis, the society has modified its adoption process for maximum safety. Anyone interested in adopting any of its pets, fill out an online application at its website and then call 630-323-5630 for an interview.
