Police were unable to contact Richardson, and the incident was turned over to Lockport detectives, according to police. Detectives reviewed the video on Wednesday, consulted with the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office and were able to obtain a warrant for Richardson for public indecency, which is a Class A misdemeanor.

The warrant, which was issued on Thursday, also mandated that Richardson be detained pending a pretrial detention hearing, police said.
