Homewood To Host Forum, Q&A With Cook County Assessor

The forum to discuss recently released property tax bills is set for Saturday, July 20 at the Homewood Auditorium.

HOMEWOOD, IL — Village of Homewood officials, joined by Cook County Assessor Fritz Kaegi will hold an in-person public forum to tackle questions about property tax increases.

The forum, to be held Saturday, July 20 from 9:30 a.m. to noon at the Homewood auditorium, 2010 Chestnut Rd., is designed to create an opportunity for discussion around the recently released property tax bills, Village officials said. At the end of Fritz Kaegi’s presentation, there will be a Q+A session for the audience to ask questions.

The public is encouraged to attend. Seating and space is limited. More information will be posted on the Village of Homewood’s website by Tuesday, July 16.
