In-person auditions announced for Little Shop of Horrors

July Performance Camp

The Performer's School is pleased to announce in-person auditions for the summer production of Little Shop of Horrors, to be performed at the Skokie Theatre. This production will be directed by Stacey Flaster.

Ages:
Males and females entering 7th grade through 12th grade (fall 2019)

Auditions:
Auditions will take place on Tuesday, April 9th from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm at the Highwood Rec Center (432 Greenbay Road). Students should prepare a 32-bar cut of a song from the show, or in the style of the show. Please bring a headshot, resume, and your sheet music. An accompanist will be provided. Some students may be asked to do a cold reading from the script during their audition slot.
Please make sure you are familiar with the show prior to auditioning.

July 1, 2, 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18, and 19
12 pm – 5 pm
July 13
10 am – 4 pm
July 15
1 pm – 5 pm
Tech Week Rehearsals (at the Skokie Theatre):
July 22 and 23
11:30 am – 6:30 pm
July 24 and 25
12 pm – 6:30 pm
July 26
1 pm – 4 pm

7:30 pm
July 27
2:30 pm and 7:30 pm
July 28
1 pm
Cost:
(can be in 3 installments)
$2,795 and a $350 non-refundable deposit
