Responsibilities:

• Performs branch opening and/or closing procedures while adhering to all security policies.
• Approves transactions within assigned authority level while ensuring that policies and procedures are followed.
• Cross sells ECU products and services.
• Assist members with opening accounts and loans.
• Accurately and efficiently process members financial transactions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks, money orders and cash advances.
• Handle member questions and concerns professionally.
• Provide a great experience to each and every member.
• Understanding of credit union operations.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Learn and continually improve as a Financial Service Representative.
• Follow credit union policies and procedures.
• Staying current on credit union products and services and upselling.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• High School degree preferred.
• 2+ years Financial Service Representative or Teller experience.
• Ability to operate computers and business equipment.
• Good math skills
• Dependable
• Cash handling skills

Schedule/Location:

• Available Monday thru Friday 8:45 to 5 (at times 6).
• Saturday’s 7:45 am to 1 pm
• Available to work at any of our 5 locations (Oswego, North Aurora, Yorkville, Aurora and Montgomery)
