2 Yorkville Men Charged With Battery After Bar Fight
The men allegedly punched a victim in the face
Keith B. Olsen and James R. Delaney were arrested and charged with battery after police responded to a fight at Pinheadz bar and grill just after 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 9, according to the Yorkville Police Department. When police arrived, there were multiple intoxicated individuals arguing in the parking lot. After speaking with witnesses, police determined that Olsen and Delaney punched a male victim in the face. All parties involved denied medical attention. A charge is merely an accusation of a crime, not a finding of guilt.
