Delays Expected On Woodrow Wilson Bridge For Routine Maintenance Work This Week

Drivers should expect delays on the Capital Beltway in the overnight Thursday through early Friday morning due to routine maintenance work.

The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration said the periodic openings of the drawbridge will start at 11 p.m. Thursday and last until 5 a.m. Friday, weather permitting. The stops will last around 20 minutes.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — The Woodrow Wilson Bridge on I-95/I-495 over the Potomac River needs routine maintenance done, so full temporary stops in both directions will be needed on the Capital Beltway.
