Giant Food, Subway Robbed By Armed Suspects: Howard County Police

Howard County Police are searching for the suspects they say robbed a Giant Food in Clarksville and a Subway in Elkridge Jan. 17.

HOWARD COUNTY, MD — A Subway and a Giant Food both were robbed by armed men Jan. 17.

Four men with their faces partially covered walked into the Subway in the 6200 block of Washington Blvd. in Elkridge Jan. 17 around 9:44 p.m. and pulled out a gun, assaulted the employee and stole money, according to the Howard County Police. No one was injured.

A man suspected to be in possession of stolen merchandise was confronted by a store employee at Giant Food, located in the 6000 block of Daybreak Circle in Clarksville. The incident also happened Jan. 17 around 10:40 p.m. The man pulled out a gun and took off with the merchandise. No one was injured in that incident either.
