COLUMBIA, MD — More than one-third of Maryland's gas stations are without gas as of Thursday as the East Coast began to experience shortages following a cyberattack on the Colonial Pipeline. Although the pipeline has begun to restart operations, panic buying of gasoline has caused some stations to run out.

Colonial Pipeline has said it will take several days for the supply chain to return to normal. Until then, according to GasBuddy.com, several gas stations in the Columbia area are out of gasoline.
