ELKRIDGE, MD — A man was shot March 1 around 12:30 a.m. and is listed in stable condition, according to the Howard County Police Department.

The shooting happened in Elkridge outside the Triple Nines Bar and Billiards located at 7540 Washington Blvd. in Elkridge. The victims were taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center, according to the Howard County Police Department.
