A 19-year-old Columbia woman has been arrested after police say she assaulted and robbed a teenage girl in Ellicott City.

ELLICOTT CITY, MD — A teenage girl was assaulted by a 19-year-old woman after school Jan. 12 who then stole her cell phone.

According to Howard County Police, the teen told officers that the young woman approached her in the 8600 block of Town and Country Boulevard in Ellicott City around 4:20 p.m. Felicity Brown of Columbia assaulted the teen and took off with her cell phone.

Police found Brown of Columbia and arrested her, according to a police report. She's been charged with robbery, assault and theft.
