Woman Sought In Infant Sex Abuse Case, $14K Reward Offered For Tips: MD State Police

Maryland State Police offered a $14,000 reward for information leading to the name of a woman with knowledge of an infant sex abuse case.

MARYLAND — Maryland State Police on Wednesday offered a $14,000 reward for information that could help identify a woman they say has "critical knowledge" of a sexual child exploitation investigation involving an infant.

State police released photos of the woman captured from a 2020 video. The photos show an adult woman with distinctive tattoos, including a chest tattoo and multiple arm and hand tattoos. One wrist tattoo appears to read "12-17-16," police said.

According to authorities, investigators believe the woman has knowledge related to the identity of a female infant who was sexually abused several years ago. Authorities said the victim is now likely 4 or 5 years old.

Authorities did not release any additional information about the investigation. The Maryland Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force is leading the investigation.

Anyone who provides information related to the woman's identity may be eligible to receive up to $14,000 in reward money funded by the Maryland Department of State Police, Howard County Police Department and Metro Crime Stoppers Maryland.
