Prince George's Police Seek Information About Garbage Truck Incident That Killed One
Prince George's Police is asking for information from the public about an incident involving a garbage truck that led to one person's death.

PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY, MD — Checcia Durham, 43, of Washington, D.C., was killed May 5 at approximately 2:40 p.m. when the garbage truck Durham was driving eastbound on East-West Highway near the intersection of 44th Place hit a curb and overturned. Durham was pronounced dead on the scene. The two other people in the garbage truck were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
