As of 7:21 a.m., the right shoulder and right traffic lane on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 before the exit to US-29/Colesville Road are closed due to a collision involving two vehicles, according to MDOT. [Woodmore, MD]

As of 7:21 a.m., a crash is causing delays on MD-197 both ways between Old Laurel Bowie Road and Turtle Trail, according to WTOP Traffic. [Patuxent Research Refuge, MD]

As of 7:20 a.m., the northbound-right shoulder of I-97 North north of US-50 is closed due to a collision, according to MDOT. [Parole, MD]

As of 7:17 a.m., debris was reported in the roadway on the Inner Loop of the Baltimore Beltway/I-695 at the exit for I-95 North, according to MDOT. [Halethorpe, MD]

As of 7:14 a.m., a disabled vehicle was reported in the roadway on MD-295 North past MD-193, according to MDOT. [Greenbelt, MD]

As of 7:10 a.m., the northbound-left shoulder and left traffic lane of US-301 South from River Road to Pfalzgroff Road are closed, according to MDOT. [Millington, MD]

As of 7:07 a.m., the northbound-right shoulder and right traffic lane of I-95 North past the exit for MD-152/Mountain Road are closed, according to MDOT. [Clayton, MD]

As of 7:05 a.m., delays remain on the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 after the Greenbelt Metro Station, according to WTOP Traffic. Also expect delays on the Outer Loop due to rubbernecking. [Greenbelt, MD]

As of 7:03 a.m., both southbound traffic lanes and the shoulder of MD-70 South between Calvert Street and College Avenue are closed, according to MDOT. [Annapolis, MD]

As of 7 a.m., three southbound-right traffic lanes and the right shoulder of MD-355 South from Grosvenor Lane to Alta Vista Road are closed, according to MDOT. [Bethesda, MD]

As of 6:55 a.m., the westbound-right shoulder on MD-140 West between Reese Road and Old Baltimore Road is closed, according to MDOT. [Carrollton, MD]

As of 6:54 a.m., the northbound-right shoulder and right traffic lane on I-95 North past the exit for MD-43/White Marsh Boulevard are closed, according to MDOT. [White Marsh, MD]

As of 6:41 a.m., the northbound-right shoulder and right traffic lane of US-15 North at West Main Street are closed, according to MDOT. [Thurmont, MD]

As of 6:37 a.m., the northbound-right shoulder and right traffic lane of I-95 North past the exit for MD-222/Perryville Road is closed due to a crash involving a single vehicle, according to MDOT. [Perryville, MD]

As of 6:35 a.m., the eastbound-right traffic lane of Pennsylvania Avenue at Old Marlboro Pike is closed due to a collision involving two vehicles, according to MDOT. [Forestville, MD]

As of 6:35 a.m., one southbound lane of I-95 South at the Fort McHenry Tunnel is closed due to a disabled vehicle in the roadway, according to MDOT. [Locust Point, MD]

Ongoing Closures:

Both southbound-traffic lanes on US-1/Alternate South at Selma Avenue are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Halethorpe, MD]

Both southbound shoulder of I-395 from Conway Street to Fort McHenry are closed, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]

The northbound shoulder and two right traffic lanes of MD-173 North between Cabot Drive and Marley Neck Boulevard are closed due to utility work, according to MDOT. [Fort Armistead, MD]

Westbound-right off-ramp from MD-725 West at John Rogers Boulevard is closed due to roadwork, according to MDOT. [Upper Marlboro, MD]

The northbound-left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]

Eastbound shoulder, traffic lane and center turn lane of MD-648 East between Kuethe Road and Governor Ritchie Highway are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Glen Burnie, MD]

Mass Transit

Due to driver shortage, the following Commuter Bus Route 810 - Trip #4 will not operate on Monday morning, according to MTA. [Washington, DC]

Due to bus operator availability, the following Metrobus routes may experience delays, according to Metro: 28A, 33, 59, D6, H2, H4, K6, K9, P12, V4 and X9. [Washington, DC]

DC Weather

The clouds over the Baltimore-Washington region were mostly cloudy during the Monday morning commute, with a temperature of 57 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Decreasing clouds are expected into Monday night.

Monday in Rockville will be mostly cloudy with a 25 percent chance of rain, according to the AccuWeather forecast. The high is expected to be 66 and the low 37.
