As of 7:02 a.m., a crash was blocking the right side of the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway/If-495 after US-50/John Hanson Highway, according to WTOP Traffic. [Lanham, MD]

As of 6:58 a.m., a crash was reported on westbound US-50 near the Capital Beltway/I-495, according to WTOP Traffic. [Lanham, MD]

As of 6:36 a.m., a crash was reported on the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 near Allentown Road/Joint Base Andrews, according to WTOP Traffic. [Joint Base Andrews, MD]

As of 6:51 a.m., the northbound-right shoulder and right-traffic lane on I-95 North bast the exit for MD-43/White Marsh Boulevard are closed, according to MDOT. [White Marsh, MD]

As of 6:49 a.m., the westbound shoulder of MD-108 West between Middle Patuxent Court and Sheppard Lane is closed, according to MDOT. [Clarksville, MD]

As of 6:46 a.m., the right-southbound lane of I-95 South at the Fort McHenry Tunnel is closed due to a disabled vehicle in the roadway, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]

As of 6:43 a.m., the right deceleration lane is closed on the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 at the exit for MD-97/Georgia Avenue due to a disabled vehicle, according tom MDOT. The right deceleration lane was closed. [Silver Spring]

As of 6:41 a.m., a crash was blocking traffic in both directions on Bethesda Church Road at MD-27/Ridge Road, according to WTOP Traffic. [Damascus, MD]

As of 6:41 a.m., a crash was reported on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 near MD-4/Pennsylvania Avenue, according to WTOP Traffic. [District Heights, MD]

As of 6:39 a.m., the southbound shoulder of I-895 South past the exit for East Lombard Street is closed due to a collision, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]

As of 6:36 a.m., a crash on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 after Allentown Road/Joint Base Andrews is blocking ride side, according to WTOP Traffic. [Joint Base Andrews, MD]

As of 6:29 a.m., all four traffic lanes, both eastbound shoulders, and both right off ramps on I-70 East at the exit for I-270/Washington National Pike are closed due to a three-vehicle collision, according to MDOT. [Frederick, MD]

As of 6:28, the northbound-right shoulder of MD-187 North from Wisconsin Avenue to Woodmont Avenue is closed, according to MDOT. [Bethesda, MD]

As of 6:28 a.m., three southbound-right traffic lanes and right shoulder of MD-355 South from Grosvenor Lane to Alta Vista Road are closed, according to MDOT. [Chevy Chase, MD]

As of 5:52 a.m., downed wires are causing delays in both directions on High Corner Street west of MD-27/Ridge Road, according to WTOP Traffic. [Damascus, MD]

Both southbound shoulder of I-395 from Conway Street to Fort McHenry are closed, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]

The northbound shoulder and two right traffic lanes of MD-173 North between Cabot Drive and Marley Neck Boulevard are closed due to utility work, according to MDOT. [Fort Armistead, MD]

Westbound-right off-ramp from MD-725 West at John Rogers Boulevard is closed due to roadwork, according to MDOT. [Upper Marlboro, MD]

The northbound-left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]

Eastbound shoulder, traffic lane and center turn lane of MD-648 East between Kuethe Road and Governor Ritchie Highway are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Glen Burnie, MD]

Mass Transit

Due to a driver shortage, the following Commuter Bus trips will not operate on Thursday morning: Route 715 - Trip #-9, and Route 830 - Trip #-10, according to MTA. [Waldorf, MD]

As of 4:55 a.m., Light RailLink was experiencing delays in north and southbound service due to a disabled train, according to MTA. [Baltimore, MD]

DC Weather

Thursday will be partly sunny across the Baltimore-Washington region, with a high of 75 and a low of 50, according to the National Weather Service.

In Rockville, the the weather will be warmer and mostly sunny on Thursday, according to the AccuWeather forecast. Skies were clear around 7:25 a.m., with a temperature of 52 degrees.
