Adoptable Pets: Betty White, Hugo, Izzy, Mia, Watson And Patches

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — There are dogs, cats, snakes, cockatiels and more looking for their permanent homes in Montgomery County. The MOCO Adoption Center resumed its appointment-only model at the end of December due to a rise in COVID-19 cases.

"We thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation as we do our best to keep our staff members and community safe," the shelter said in an announcement. "We look forward to continuing to serve you and the animals in Montgomery County under these modified protocols!"

He is super playful and will run across the room to catch his favorite ball or stuffed mouse. Watson is motivated to lose some weight, as he loves catching the cat wand toys. He would do best in an active home or where his human companion would provide playtime and attention. This boy also has an affectionate side. He will make sure he's next to you if you are on the couch or on your bed. Watson has great litter box manners.
