Adoptable Pets Of The Week: Milo, Gibbs, Braxton, Birdie, Mabel

ROCKVILLE, MD — For those looking to adopt a pet, a great place to look for your new family member is at Montgomery County's adoption center. The facility houses dozens of cats, dogs, and other adorable critters. And all of them need a furever home.

Here, we've rounded up a list of five adoptable pets for a series called "Patch's Adoptable Pets of the Week." This week, we're featuring Milo, Gibbs, Braxton, Birdie, and Mabel.

Shelter staff made the following comments about this animal: Birdie LOOOOOOVES other cats! He can be seen (from afar) wrestling and snuggling with every cat in his showcase. Unfortunately, he is still terrified of humans. Birdie will need to go home with another cat to help him build his confidence. His adopter needs to patient and give him lots of time and space to become less fearful.
