GAITHERSBURG, MD — The staffing franchise AtWork has opened its only Maryland location at 100 Park Ave. in Rockville near Jefferson Plaza to serve the greater Gaithersburg community.

AtWork Gaithersburg is locally owned by Rosa María de Chomón, a bilingual Venezuelan immigrant who is moving to the area to pursue new paths and be closer to her son, according to a news release. Chomón is a business administration, human resources and finance professional who has worked for four decades in the energy sector, and for the last 20 years for TotalEnergies in Venezuela.
