Ballots For Rockville City Election To Be Mailed To Registered Voters

ROCKVILLE, MD — Registered voters in Rockville City will soon be receiving ballots for the Nov.7 election in their mailboxes.

Ballots will be mailed on or before Friday, Oct. 13 to all registered voters in Rockville. The deadline to register to vote or to update your registration is Tuesday, Oct. 17. Completed ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Nov. 7.

Rockville City voters will be casting ballots for a new mayor and city council. They'll also be voting on an advisory referendum to allow 16 and 17-year-olds and non-citizens to vote in city elections; enact three-year term limits for the Rockville mayor and city council; and establish representative districts from which council members would be elected.

City Council (Pick 7)

Completed ballots can be returned by mail or dropped off in person at one of the two outdoor drop boxes at City Hall and Montrose Community Center. They can also be dropped off at one of the four indoor drop boxes at the Rockville Senior Center, Lincoln Park Community Center, Twinbrook Community Center, and Thomas Farm Community Center during regular hours of operation.
