As of 7:20 a.m., a crash was reported on the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 near the exit for I-295, according to WTOP Traffic. [National Harbor, MD]

As of 7:12 a.m., the left lane of I-95 North after MD-32 is blocked due to a crash, according to WTOP Traffic. [Guilford, MD]

As of 7:10 a.m., the left side of northbound MD-5/Branch Avenue after Burch Hill Road/Earnshaw Drive is closed due to a crash, according to WTOP Traffic. [Clinton, MD]

As of 7 a.m., both southbound-traffic lanes and the shoulder of MD-70 South are closed between Calvert Street and College Avenue, according to MDOT. [Annapolis, MD)

As of 6:58 a.m., the shoulder of I-95 North past the exit for US 40/Pulaski Highway is closed due to a collision, according to MDOT. [Rosedale, MD]

As of 6:56 a.m., a single lane is getting by on southbound MD-3 after Waugh Chapel/Riedel Road due to a crash, according to WTOP Traffic. [Crofton Village, MD]

As of 6:55 a.m., delays remain following an earlier crash on northbound MD-210 near Old Fort Road North/Livingston Square, according to WTOP Traffic. [Friendly, MD]

As of 6:52 a.m., the westbound-right shoulder on MD-140 West between Reese and Old Baltimore roads is closed, according o MDOT.[Alto Vista, MD]

As of 6:31 a.m., the rightsize of northbound I-295 is blocked after Malcolm X Boulevard, Southeast due to a crash, according to WTOP Traffic. [Washington, DC]

As of 5:45 a.m., one of the shoulders on I-95 South the Fort McHenry Tunnel/Bore 1 is closed due to a collision, according to MDOT. [Fort McHenry, MD]

As of 5:43 a.m., the southbound-right shoulder on MD-295 South before US 50 is closed due to a collision, according to MDOT. [Cheverly, MD]

As of 5:40 a.m., the left side of eastbound Constitution Avenue, Northwest before 18th Street, Northwest is blocked due to a crash, according to WTOP Traffic. [Washington, DC]

As of 4:56 a.m.,the westbound-traffic lane and shoulder on MD-25 West between Old Falls Road and Lake Avenue West are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Lake Roland Park, MD]

As of 4:41 a.m., both southbound-traffic lanes and both shoulders of US-301 South prior to MD-290 are closed due to a crashing involving a single vehicle, according to MDOT. [Sudlersville, MD]

Both southbound-traffic lanes on US-1/Alternate South at Selma Avenue are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Halethorpe, MD]

Both southbound shoulder of I-395 from Conway Street to Fort McHenry are closed, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]

The northbound shoulder and two right traffic lanes of MD-173 North between Cabot Drive and Marley Neck Boulevard are closed due to utility work, according to MDOT. [Fort Armistead, MD]

Westbound-right off-ramp from MD-725 West at John Rogers Boulevard is closed due to roadwork, according to MDOT. [Upper Marlboro, MD]

The northbound-left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]

Eastbound shoulder, traffic lane and center turn lane of MD-648 East between Kuethe Road and Governor Ritchie Highway are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Glen Burnie, MD]

As of 11:08 p.m., on Tuesday, Washington Gas reports the 3700 block of 13th Street, Northwest, between Quincy Street and Quebec Place is closed due to utility repairs. [Washington, DC]

Mass Transit

Due to bus operator availability, the following Metrobus routes may experience delays, according to Metro: 79, 83, 86, A12, F1,F2, G12, G14, P12, R12, Z6, and Z8. [Washington, DC]

DC Weather

Wednesday starts with frost and then switches over to mostly cloudy skies, with a high of 55 and a low of 33, according to the National Weather Service. Frost is expected again overnight into Thursday.

The temperature in Rockville around 7:33 a.m, was 36 degrees under mostly cloudy skies, according to AccuWeather forecast. A frost advisory remains in effect until 9 a.m.
