Dog, Cat Food Distribution Event Held In Montgomery Co This Month
The first pet food distribution event in Montgomery County kicks off on Tuesday, Jan. 12 from noon to 2 p.m.
ROCKVILLE, MD — A series of dog and cat food distribution events are planned for this month at the Montgomery County Humane Society's rescue building in Rockville.
The first distribution event kicks off on Tuesday, Jan. 12 from noon to 2 p.m. Here's when the others are scheduled:
- Tuesday, Jan. 19, noon to 2 p.m.
- Thursday, Jan. 14, noon to 2 p.m.
- Thursday, Jan. 21, noon to 2 p.m.
Food will be distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Masks and social distancing are required.

The MCHS' rescue building is located at 601 S. Stonestreet Ave. Parking and the front door are located at the back of the building.
