As of 7:25 a.m., a flashing traffic light was impacting traffic in both directions on MD-650/New Hampshire Avenue at Good Hope/Bonifant Road, according to WTOP Traffic. [Cheverly, MD]

As of 7:22 a.m., the right traffic lane, right shoulder, and right acceleration lane on the Inner Loop of the Baltimore Betway prior to the exit for MD-372/Wilkens Avenue are closed due to a two-vehicle collision, according to MDOT. [Arbutus, MD]

As of 7:21 a.m., the southbound-left traffic lane on the 3rd Street Tunnel after New York Avenue, Northwest is blocked due to a crash, according to WTOP Traffic. [Washington, DC]

As of 7:09 a.m., the southbound-right shoulder and right deceleration lane of MD-190 South from River Road to Ridgefield Road are closed, according to MDOT. [Bannockburn, MD]

As of 7:01 a.m., the right shoulder of the Inner Loop of the Baltimore Beltway/I-695 is closed at the exit for US-1/Washington Boulevard due to a collision, according to MDOT. [Halethorpe, MD]

Ongoing Closures:

Both southbound-traffic lanes on US-1/Alternate South at Selma Avenue are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Halethorpe, MD]

Both southbound shoulder of I-395 from Conway Street to Fort McHenry are closed, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]

The northbound shoulder and two right traffic lanes of MD-173 North between Cabot Drive and Marley Neck Boulevard are closed due to utility work, according to MDOT. [Fort Armistead, MD]

Westbound-right off-ramp from MD-725 West at John Rogers Boulevard is closed due to roadwork, according to MDOT. [Upper Marlboro, MD]

The northbound-left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]

Eastbound shoulder, traffic lane and center turn lane of MD-648 East between Kuethe Road and Governor Ritchie Highway are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Glen Burnie, MD]

Mass Transit

Due to the IMF World Bank Fall Meetings, the following Metrobus routes are detouring until 5 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 15, according to Metro: 3Y, 16Y, 42, and 43. [Washington, DC]

Westbound Metrobuses on route D6 are detouring on MacArthur Boulevard, Northwest at Arizona Avenue and resuming route on Arizona Avenue at Loughboro Road, according to Metro. [Washington, DC]

Eastbound Metrobuses on route D6 are detouring on Loughboro Road, Northwest at Arizona Avenue and resuming route on MacArthur Boulevard, Northwest at Galena Place, according to Metro. [Washington, DC]

Due to Metrobus operator availability, some B2 and U4 trips may experience delays, according to Metro. [Washington, DC]

Due to Police Activity, Light RailLink is experiencing a 30-minute service delay on Thursday morning, according to MTA. [Baltimore, MD]

Due to street closures for the International Monetary Fund/World Bank Fall Meeting, MTA Commuter Bus will not be able to serve the 19th Street stop between Pennsylvania Avenue and H Street, Northwest through Friday, according to MTA. This will impact the following morning routes: 305, 325, 715, 810, 820, 830, and 840. Evening routes affected are 335 and 345. Delays can be expected in the area along 19th Street, near the World Bank Complex. [Washington, DC]

DC Weather

Light rain with a mix of fog/mist was falling on the Baltimore-Washington region Thursday morning, according to the National Weather Service. Showers are expected throughout the day, with a high of 71 degrees. The weather will change to scattered showers in the evening and then become mostly clear, with a low of 43 degrees.

Showers and a heavier thunderstorm is expected for the Rockville area on Thursday, according to the AccuWeather forecast. The high will be 67 and the low 44.
