MONTGOMERY COUNTY, MD — Anyone interested in how to improve in-home care for older people in Montgomery County may be interested in the Commission on Aging's forum in Gaithersburg this year.

The Commission said that this year's theme, titled “In-Home Care: We Can do Better,” could be of interest to residents, caregivers, advocates, policy analysts, and service providers.

“Many older adults need a helping hand with household chores or assistance with their medicines so they can continue living in their homes,” said Barbara Selter, chair of the commission, in a news release. “Our goal is to identify ways to help people get the services they need. This year’s forum topic is the Commission’s top priority this year.”
