Montgomery Athletic Fields Opening Delayed Due to Weather

From Montgomery Parks, Montgomery Public Schools: The opening of all Montgomery Parks park and Montgomery County Public School elementary/middle school athletic fields (excluding synthetic turf fields) will be delayed until March 20th at the earliest, due to the recent winter storm. Field conditions will be assessed on the 20th to determine if they are suitable for use. Until then, teams are not permitted to play or practice on fields as a safety precaution and to prevent damage to the fields.

Refunds for athletic fields will not be processed automatically. All refund requests for field time cancelled due to inclement weather must be submitted to Community Use of Public Facilities in a sortable spreadsheet within 15 days of the end of the season.
