As of 7:20 a.m., a crash was reported on westbound US-50 near St. Margarets Road/Cape St. Claire Road, according to WTOP Traffic. [Arnold, MD]

As of 7:18 a.m., a crash was reported on northbound US-301 near the MD-5 Split, according to WTOP Traffic. [Brandywine, MD]

As of 7:11 a.m., the right traffic lane and the right shoulder on the Inner Loop of the Baltimore Beltway/I-695 prior to the exit for MD-147/Harford Road are closed due to a crash, according to MDOT. [Carney, MD]

As of 7:11 .m., the left shoulder on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-95 from Forestville Road to MD-4 is closed, according to MDOT. [Morningside, MD]

As of 7:11 a.m., both southbound-traffic lanes and the southbound shoulder of MD 70 South between Calvert Street and College Avenue are closed, according to MDOT. [Annapolis, MD]

As of 7:05 a.m., delays remain following an earlier crash on the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 near the Clara Barton Parkway, according to WTOP Traffic. [Potomac, MD]

As of 7:05 a.m., delays remain on southbound I-270 after MD-80/Urbana following an earlier crash, according to WTOP Traffic. [Hyattstown, MD]

As of 7:04 a.m., the right side of northbound MD-210 between Swan Creek Road/Livingston Road and Fort Washington Road is blocked due to a crash, according to WTOP Traffic. [Friendly, MD]

As of 7:04 a.m., the westbound-right off ramp and shoulder and the eastbound-shoulder and right off ramp of MD-372 East/West between I-695 and Wilton Drive are closed, according to MDOT. [Arbutus, MD]

As of 7 a.m., the deceleration lane on the Inner Loop of the Baltimore Beltway is closed at the exit for US-1/Belair Road due to a two-vehicle collision, according to MDOT. [Overlea, MD]

As of 6:56 a.m., the northbound-right shoulder and right traffic lane on I-95 North past the exit for MD-155/Level Road are closed, according to MDOT. [Havre De Grace, MD]

As of 6:55 a.m., a collision was reported on I-95 North past the exit for MD-216/Scaggsville Road, according to MDOT. [Savage, MD]

As of 6:53 a.m., a disabled vehicle was reported on the left side of the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 after the I-270 Spur, according to WTOP Traffic. [North Bethesda, MD]

As of 6:51 a.m., the northbound-right shoulder and right traffic lane of I-95 North past the exit for MD-43/White Marsh Boulevard are closed, according to MDOT. [White Marsh, MD]

As of 6:44 a.m., traffic is getting by in the right lane of northbound Foxhall Road, Northwest after Reservoir Road, Northwest following a crash, according to WTOP Traffic. [Washington, DC]

Southbound shoulder and right deceleration lane of US-1 South at I-195 are closed due a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Patapsco, MD]

Both southbound-traffic lanes on US-1/Alternate South at Selma Avenue are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Halethorpe, MD]

Both southbound shoulder of I-395 from Conway Street to Fort McHenry are closed, according to MDOT. [Baltimore, MD]

The northbound shoulder and two right traffic lanes of MD-173 North between Cabot Drive and Marley Neck Boulevard are closed due to utility work, according to MDOT. [Fort Armistead, MD]

Westbound-right off-ramp from MD-725 West at John Rogers Boulevard is closed due to roadwork, according to MDOT. [Upper Marlboro, MD]

The northbound-left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]

Eastbound shoulder, traffic lane and center turn lane of MD-648 East between Kuethe Road and Governor Ritchie Highway are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Glen Burnie, MD]

Mass Transit

Due to bus operator availability, some trips on the following Metrobus routes may experience delays on Thursday, according to Metro: 31, 33, 42, 43, F4, M4, N2, N4, P12, and T14. [Washington, DC]

Due to mechanical issues, Metro buses on Route 36 may experience delays in both directions, according to Metro. [Washington, DC]

MARC Penn Line Train 413 is operating with a 15-minute delay on Thursday morning due to late arriving equipment, according to MTA. [Washington, DC]

DC Weather

Thursday will be mostly sunny with clouds increasing in the evening hours across the Baltimore-Washington region, according to the National Weather Service. The high is expected to be 68 degrees, with a low temperature of 48 degrees.

As of 7:44 a.m., the skies over Rockville, Maryland were clear and the temperature was 45 degrees, according to the AccuWeather forecast. Thursday is expected to be mostly sunny and warm.
