As of 7:17 a.m., southbound MD-355/Wisconsin Avenue and some northbound lanes are blocked at Woodmont Avenue due to a collision with traumatic injury, according to Montgomery County Fire & Rescue. [Bethesda, MD]

As of 7:12 a.m., the northbound-right shoulder and right-traffic lane of I-95 North past the exit for MD-43/White Marsh Boulevard are closed, according to MDOT. [White Marsh, MD]

As of 7:11 a.m., a collision was reported on I-70 West at Mile Marker 9.0, according to MDOT. [Pekonville, MD]

As of 6:59 a.m., westbound-shoulder of MD-108 West between Middle Patuxent Court and Sheppard Lane is closed, according to MDOT. [Clarksville, MD]

As of 6:55 a.m., a disabled vehicle was reported in the roadway on the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway/I-495 at the exit for MD-97/Georgia Avenue, according to MDOT. [Silver Spring, MD]

As of 6:54 a.m., the southbound-right shoulder of I-95 South is closed past the exit for I-895/Harbor Tunnel Thruway due to a collision involving two vehicles, according to MDOT. [Rosedale, MD]

The northbound shoulder and two right traffic lanes of MD-173 North between Cabot Drive and Marley Neck Boulevard are closed due to utility work, according to MDOT. [Fort Armistead, MD]

Westbound-right off-ramp from MD-725 West at John Rogers Boulevard is closed due to roadwork, according to MDOT. [Upper Marlboro, MD]

The northbound-left shoulder of I-95 North is closed from Weigh Station Access Road to Cherry Hill Road, according to MDOT. [Adelphi, MD]

Eastbound shoulder, traffic lane and center turn lane of MD-648 East between Kuethe Road and Governor Ritchie Highway are closed due to a utility problem, according to MDOT. [Glen Burnie, MD]

Mass Transit

Delays are possible in both directions on Metrorail's Green Line due to speed restrictions between Greenbelt and West Hyattsville, according to Metro. [Greenbelt, MD]

As of 7:07 a.m., the MARC Brunswick Line Train 876 was experiencing a 15-25 minute delay Wednesday morning due to prior mechanical issues, according to MTA. [Washington, DC]

Due to driver shortage, the following Commuter Bus trip will no operate on Wednesday morning: Route 830 - Trip #-7. [Sunderland, MD]

Due to bus operator availability, some Metrobus 18P, F1, and F2 trips may experience delays on Wednesday, according to Metro. [Washington, DC]

Due to police activity on Chesapeake Street, Southeast at 4th Street, Metrobuses on routes A6 and A8 may experience delays and possible detours, according to Metro. [Washington, DC]

DC Weather

Wednesday will begin with patchy fog and then switch over to mostly cloudy skies across the Baltimore-Washington region, with a high of 71 and a low of 58, according to the National Weather Service. There is a 60 percent chance of showers in the evening.

Clear skies were reported over Rockville with a temperature of 40 45 degrees, around 7:40 a.m., according to the AccuWeather forecast. The afternoon is expected to be breezy.
