Police said the robbery victim was met by armed men as he parked his vehicle in the garage of the apartment complex. The suspects stabbed and assaulted him, tied his hands behind his back with zip ties, and forced him into their vehicle.

He gave the robbers access to his apartment, where they took the safe before fleeing. Other family members inside the apartment during the robbery were not hurt, police said.
