What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?

We are now one of the food operators at Pike Kitchen (https://www.pikekitchen.com/), now an international food hall (formerly only Asian food)! We offer Canadian comfort food. Our traditional poutine is both vegetarian and gluten-free. The authentic Montréal poutine is made with our house curds (fromage en grains); not available in the U.S. Also not available in the U.S. is Montréal smoked meat, which we import from Canada to make smoked meat sandwiches and as a poutine topping. Our sister company (Pop-up Patisserie) makes Montréal style bagels (very similar to the famous Fairmont and St. Viateur bagels in Montréal) and yummy desserts, including Canadian Nanaimo cups and butter tarts!

What's your favorite thing about Rockville?
