Arlington Affordable Housing Lottery: 1 Unit On Summer Street

ARLINGTON, MA – The Arlington Department of Planning and Community Development has announced an affordable rental opportunity at 483 Summer St. in Arlington. The newly built nine-unit building was just completed by Campobasso Properties.

One two-bedroom unit will be made available to eligible households through a lottery. Rent is set at $1,232 based on 60 percent of the area median income, and the tenant is responsible for all utilities.

Eligible households are those households earning at or below 70 percent of the area median income by household size as determined by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development:

MetroWest is acting on behalf of the Town and the developer to accept applications and conduct the lottery.
